Cynthia Walcker, President of Walcker Environmental Services, is a seasoned environmental consultant with over 20 years of expertise in stormwater management, compliance, and regulatory oversight. She has led environmental compliance for major infrastructure projects, including the $3.1 billion Sound Transit Lynnwood Link Extension, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
Her background includes leadership roles at the Washington State Department of Ecology, where she conducted 700+ NPDES compliance inspections and managed stormwater permits, along with experience in municipal stormwater management, federal permit coordination, and wetlands biology.
